BARGAIN BIN!
Sometimes, when making hand made soaps, things don't come out looking quite like we want, other times, we make test batches of potential new recipes and have more than we can possibly use on ourselves.
SO? What does that mean for you? SAVINGS!!!
Cosmetically imperfect bars- These bars are ones that just aren't as pretty as the rest and we don't feel right selling them for full retail. They might have a lot of soda ash (the white powdery stuff on the outside), or maybe they didn't release from the mold cleanly and look sloppy on the edges. Sometimes, we go for one color and get another one entirely. While these bars may look a bit less gorgeous than the others, they are all perfectly good soap bars!
Tester bars- any time we formulate a new recipe, we make a tester batch. We need to see how everything behaves before we make a full production run. Consider this category a possible "sneak peek" of things that may be coming.
