Goose Ridge Soaps Announces Grand Opening of First Retail Location in Hampstead, Maryland
Hampstead, Maryland - January 30, 2024 - Goose Ridge Soaps, a renowned maker of handmade, natural soaps, shampoos, and salves, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of their first-ever retail store. The new store, situated at 1365 N. Main St, Hampstead, MD, 21074, will open its doors with a festive Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Grand Opening celebration on February 7th, 2024, starting at 3pm. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, in collaboration with the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for 3:30 pm. Guests will enjoy a delightful array of drinks and light snacks during the event.
Kim Beatty and Janice Campbell, the proud owner/operators of Goose Ridge Soaps, expressed their excitement: “We’re so excited to bring over 3 years of work to fruition and celebrate opening our retail location in the community that has supported us since we started!”

Starting February 8th, the store will operate with the following hours:
- Monday & Tuesday: Closed
- Wednesday and Thursday: 10am-4pm
- Friday: 10am-6pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 11am-4pm
In addition to regular store hours, Goose Ridge Soaps will offer classes on cold process soap making for enthusiasts eager to learn more about this artisan craft.
