Shipping and Local Pick-up
Standard Shipping: Regular orders are shipped via USPS, and you will be notified via email that your package has shipped, along with a tracking number. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day. The delivery dates indicated are estimates only, and not a guarantee of delivery by a certain date.
Custom Orders and Custom Gift Baskets/Boxes: We will calculate shipping based on the size and estimated weight of the custom order and provide the available options to you in your price quote.
Local Pick-up: Local pick-up is in Hampstead, MD. Most orders will be ready for pick-up within 48 hours and we will e-mail you with pick-up details.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
We hope that you will love our products as much as we do, however, we understand that sometimes things may not live up to expectations. If you are ever unsatisfied with our products, please contact us. While the personal nature of our products prevents us from allowing returns, we will do everything we can to make things right for you!

If you placed an order in error and wish to cancel, please notify us immediately so we can cancel and refund your payment. Once orders are shipped, they are no longer able to be canceled. Most orders are packaged and shipped within one business day.

Please keep in mind that our products are all handmade in small batches, and will vary in color, texture, and design from batch to batch. Sometimes cosmetic imperfections occur that in no way affect the performance or properties of the soap.
Terms and Conditions
All our products at Goose Ridge Soaps, LLC are hand made in small batches. Appearance may vary from batch to batch but in no way affects the performance or quality of our products.
When purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing prior to purchase: (ii) you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the items when you complete the check-out process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices and correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. MD sales tax (6%) is collected on our products in accordance with Maryland state law. We may, without prior notice, change the products offered, stop offering certain products for sale, or create purchase limits for products.
